About This Event

Join Accord in Colorado Springs, Colorado August 19-21, 2025 as we convene leaders from our sector for a time of fellowship, strengthening relationships, and formation.

This retreat is designed with a particular focus on leader care, rest, and relationship. Participants will spend time in small groups and hearing about the importance of soul care for leaders.

This event is for CEOs only. Please note that space is limited and prices increase July 12th.

Begins Tuesday at 2pm and ends Thursday at 11am.

Plenary from Mindy Caliguire, Co-founder and CEO of Soulcare

Mindy is the co-founder and president of Soul Care. In the past has served in executive leadership at Gloo, and the Willow Creek Association (now Global Leadership Network).

She speaks and advises into organizations including Compassion International, ECFA, National Christian Foundation, and many churches and ministries across the US and beyond. Mindy’s books include Discovering Soul Care, Spiritual Friendship, STIR, and Ignite Your Soul.
